aiMe Gallery at Eko Hotel is Casa Mouda's flagship space, a gallery reimagined for a new chapter.
The space occupies the original home of Art Twenty One, the gallery founded in 2013 by Caline Chagoury Moudaber.
At a pivotal moment in Lagos's contemporary art scene, Art Twenty One became a cultural anchor: a flexible platform for exhibition, exchange, and experimentation, and a stage for some of the city's most significant creative voices.
Over a decade, as the city's creative ecosystem matured, the practice evolved with it.
A gallery reimagined for a new chapter.
The result is aiMe — a reimagined space developed in collaboration with architect Papa Omotayo and MOE+AA, emphasizing locally sourced materials, spatial warmth, and an aesthetic grounded in contemporary African design. The gallery's legacy is present, but the horizon is wider.
aiMe Eko Hotel hosts exhibitions, talks, pop-ups, and events. It is also home to Kofi, a coffee counter designed with the same care and intention.
